Installation Instructions
Please refer to the instructions below on downloading and installing the software.
Exit all other applications when installing this software.
- Download “EOSWebcamUtilityPro-MAC2.0.pkg.zip” from the download page. Save the “EOSWebcamUtilityPro-MAC2.0.pkg.zip” file to a folder of your preference on your computer.
- When the “EOSWebcamUtilityPro-MAC2.0.pkg.zip” folder saved to the computer is extracted, the “EOSWebcamUtilityPro-MAC2.0” will be generated, so double-click “EOSWebcamUtilityPro-MAC2.0.pkg” in the extracted folder. Installation of the EOS Webcam Utility will begin. (If the User Account Control Window appears, follow the on-screen instructions to proceed.)
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
- After the installation, you must restart your computer to apply these changes. If the installation is completed properly, the downloaded file and the “EOSWebcamUtilityPro-MAC2.0.pkg.zip” file will no longer be necessary.
